Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Structural Engineers specialized in the approval and review of hull structure and workshop documentation to join for min period of 24 months for mega yachts projects. Responsibilities include resolving design conflicts and providing technical advice during engineering on all design phases.

Your responsibilities

  • Reviewing and approving hull structural drawings and technical documentation for megayachts: Hull & Superstructure,
  • Addressing issues related to conflicting design requirements and material standards,
  • Conduct assessments and provide specialist advice on structural integrity and project requirements,
  • Manage day-to-day project elements, including Cadmatic subcontractor engineering supervision and documentation flow control.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in hull design, shipbuilding, or marine engineering, with focus on documentation approval processes,
  • Strong skills in reviewing structural drawings,
  • Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Cadmatic, Ebrowser, Rhinoceros or similar,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex structural issues,
  • Fluent in English.

Cadmatic Superstructure Designer2025-11-11T20:56:42+01:00

Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Cadmatic Engineers to join for min period of 24 months for mega yachts projects related to design work on superstructure engineering. The role involves creating and updating 3D models and production drawings of ship structures, ensuring the design adheres to shipbuilding standards and project requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating detailed superstructure designs and production drawings using Cadmatic software,
  • Creating and developing precise structural ships 3D models along with shell plating,
  • Prepare workshop documentation such as: 2D drawings, material list, nesting data, bending templates,
  • Ensuring that designs meet yard and classification society requirements,
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated ship design and construction processes,
  • Participate in design reviews and implement feedback from clients and classification societies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Cadmatic hull,
  • Solid understanding of shipbuilding standards, materials, and production processes,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Autocad,
  • Commitment and Team working skills.
